    This is the best supplement I’ve tried thus far. My leg muscles tend to ache and get stiff/sore due to fibromyalgia. I’m also diabetic so magnesium is depleted and a supplement is very necessary for me. The magnesium complex in this blend is amazing because within an hour of taking it, I feel a relief from the tension.
